📝 Refund & Return Policy – Drip Cubs

At Drip Cubs, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer automatic refunds or returns.

⚠️ Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns or refunds are only accepted under certain conditions, and must be:

• Requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Approved by us after reviewing the issue.

• Based on a valid reason, such as:

  • Receiving a damaged or defective item

  • Receiving the wrong product or size

  • Other valid concerns at our discretion

📸 Photo evidence may be required in order to approve any return or refund.

🔁 Items That Cannot Be Returned:

• Used, worn, or washed items

• Sale or discounted items

     • Your full name

     • Order number

     • Reason for return/refund

     • Photos if applicable

  2. We will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days.

  If approved, we will provide further instructions for return (if required), or issue a refund to your original payment method.

🛑 Final Decision

All return/refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Drip Cubs.
